iPrice is an e-commerce aggregator where customers can compare prices from multiple e-commerce platforms.
Objective
Previously LINE Shopping ID was a marketplace handled fully by the LINE team, which requires a lot of operational efforts to maintain. With this partnership with iPrice, it helps to lessen the operational cost while still giving the same value to customers, which is an online shopping platform in LINE ecosystem.

A white-labelling partnership model to provide product feeds from e-commerce platforms in Indonesia.

- Design the experience from concept to UI design
- Conduct user research and build personas
- Create success metrics and align with data team on tracking

From the user research, we came out with a new design and also 2 buyer personas.
