StoreHub is a retail and F&B tech platform providing point-of-sale, payments, and business management tools to merchants across Southeast Asia. Onboarding new merchants involved multiple teams and tools, making the process slow and hard to coordinate.
Objective
Consolidate fragmented onboarding tools and shorten merchant onboarding time.
Project Overview
Merchant onboarding was spread across 7 disconnected tools, creating duplicated work, slow handoffs, and inconsistent internal alignment.
We narrow down our focus to solve these problem:
1. Manual coordination prone to missed follow-ups
2. No automatic scheduling system
3. Back-and-forth communications often missed
4. Status updates require manual tracking accross multiple platforms
Contributions
- Defined the product vision, flow, and end-to-end experience
- Aligned onboarding managers and cross-functional teams on the new process
- Established the internal alignment workflow that replaced manual coordination
- Designed, built, and shipped the platform single-handedly using AI-assisted/vibe-coded development
